CAN I SEE THE INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS PLEASE?

Each tub has the main allergens listed on the back. However, a full list of ingredients and allergens for each flavour that is for public sale is available here.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR RETURN MY GELATO?

In a nutshell: we will always do whatever we can to make you happy. You can find our full returns and refund policy here.

WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK YOUR GELATO?

    We have three Set Box selections that are available to order anytime: Family Favourites, Italian Classics and British Classics.

    HOW AND WHEN WILL MY GELATO BE DISPATCHED?

    All orders are dispatched within ten working days. You will receive an email and/or text message from DPD with full tracking information.

    We send your tubs of gelato in a box with a special liner (made out of recycled jeans) and dry ice, ensuring that your tubs of gelato arrive frozen.

    WHAT POSTAGE OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

    As of June 2021 we have the following options available:

    • FREE Local Collection from Loughton, Milton Keynes
    • £3.50 Local Delivery within 10 miles of Loughton, Milton Keynes
    • DPD Next Day Delivery across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Scottish Highlands: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 and the following UK postcodes: AB31-35, AB41-54, H51-9, KW0-14, PH15-41, PH45-50, TR21-25).

    WHAT FLAVOURS DO YOU OFFER?

    We have three Set Box selections that are available to order anytime: Family Favourites, Italian Classics and British Classics. In the future, we are planning on offering limited edition Special Flavours every week/two weeks. We like receiving flavour suggestions (please send us some!) and we even do custom orders.

    HOW LONG WILL MY GELATO LAST?

    Each tub of gelato has a “use by” date attached (six months from production). Each tub of gelato should be consumed by this date and stored in the freezer.

    CAN I SEND GELATO TO SOMEONE ELSE?

    Of course! When you make an order, you will have an option to let us know who the order is for. It would be worth giving the recipient a heads up/checking that they will be in, as the tubs of gelato need to be placed directly into the freezer once delivered.

    CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?

    DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR DEALS?

    Absolutely! Sometimes we offer deals exclusively for members of the Cool Club (membership is FREE, so sign up NOW!), we have social media exclusive discounts and sometimes when we are feeling generous, we might pop a discount code in your box!
